Unloop's programs are free to participants, funded by grants and donations.

Across Washington State, the systems people need after incarceration run online: job applications, housing, benefits, and staying connected to family. Access to technology is no longer optional. It determines whether someone can engage with the systems that support stability and employment. More than 65 percent of our participants need a device or internet access to take part.

- Continued development of more advanced curriculum
